I have to say, I’ve had my hair cut all over the US and abroad and hands down my last haircut was the best I’ve had.
The MVP process has changed. Somehow they say they have mixed shampoo and conditioner and you only get your hair washed twice and no conditioner is applied. I feel this is not what the MVP is supposed to be. In addition this has no reflection on my stylist as she is a true professional and knows her business very well!
