The customer service was excellent.. Becky was great to talk to
The haircut was TERRIBLE!! I went in for a fade and im assuming she doesn't have much experience with that cut!! It was uneven.. Choppy and i have a huge bald patch! The ONLY reason that i didn't complain was because the cut was complimentary.. It wasnt fixable because of how uneven it was
